Our filter bags are constructed using 100% synthetic fibers, including polypropylene, polyester, HT (aramid), and PTFE. The carefully selected combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses results in an economical depth filter media. To minimize fiber migration, our polypropylene bags feature a glazed finish, while polyester and HT bags are singed for enhanced durability.

Fully Welded Bags: Available in polypropylene and polyester felt for #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5 plastic flanges, these bags offer:

• No needle holes, enhancing filtration efficiency by preventing bypass.
• Elimination of threads to further reduce the possibility of fiber shedding.
