In conjunction with Exactration, LLC (headquartered in Kentucky, USA), we built an industrial-grade strainer, custom alloy baskets, featuring a robust body with flanged connections and specialized coating.
The build also includes custom valves for operational control, used for filtering and monitoring in high-demand settings where maintaining flow and preventing blockages are critical. This setup is perfect for systems requiring meticulous filtration.
The basket strainer is composed of 100% Monel and lined with fine micron mesh to capture particles.
